Role and Responsibilities
As a SuccessFactors Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and effective SuccessFactors solutions that meet the strategic and operational needs of our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, design end-to-end solutions, and ensure successful deployment and adoption of SuccessFactors modules.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and design comprehensive SuccessFactors solutions aligned with business requirements and objectives.
- Create detailed architectural designs, including system integrations, data flows, and user interfaces.
- Ensure the solution architecture is scalable, secure, and complies with best practices.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on SuccessFactors modules, features, and capabilities.
- Develop and present solution proposals, demonstrations, and roadmaps to clients
- Oversee the implementation of SuccessFactors solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
- Coordinate with development teams, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and data consistency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors features, updates, and industry trends.
- Provide recommendations for enhancements and optimizations based on evolving client needs and best practices.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training initiatives to build team expertise.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and solution architecture.
- In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, and Compensation.
- Experience with SAP HCM and other HR technologies is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of integration techniques, data migration, and system configurations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification is highly desirable
